Twenty powder-coated aluminium sample bars fanned across a dark studio surface with anodised bronze at the centre, lit square-on so the matt, satin and Sablé textures are distinguishable.

The whole colours square on and filling the frame, in the single colour throughout configuration, shot level in flat overcast light against a plain wall so the proportion and the frame-to-glass ratio can be read without perspective.

Close detail of the meeting line at eye level in raking light, tight enough that the joint and the seal are legible, with the background thrown out of focus.
1:1
The hand-level detail: powder-coated to frame ral photographed in use on the matt, 30% gloss finish, close enough to show the surface texture and the fixing, with a hand on the handle for scale.

From inside the room looking out through the colours, the unit open where it opens, late afternoon light on the floor, so the product is seen the way it is lived with rather than the way it is sold.

The colours at dusk from outside, closed, the room lit behind the glass, so the finish and the glass line read against the light.

Colours
Description
213 RAL colours plus anodised. Powder coating goes on at 60 to 80 microns and is Qualicoat approved; anodising is 20 microns and will not chip. Dual colour is standard, so grey outside and white inside costs nothing. Matt at 30 per cent gloss is the most-specified finish on Sharp jobs. Qualicoat Class 2 polyester goes on exposed and coastal elevations inside the 120 road miles we cover. The 24 stock colours run inside the standard programme; other RAL and anodising add about two weeks. The coating carries the same 10-year guarantee as the installation.
Specify it when
Decide once the system and the glass are settled. Colour changes appearance and about two weeks of programme, and nothing about performance.
